President Biden: ‘Security in Europe is crucial’
US President Biden met Polish President Duda in Warsaw this afternoon. “Security in Europe is crucial,” Biden said on that occasion. He called NATO “stronger than ever” a year after the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Biden thanked the Polish president for hosting Ukrainian refugees. He also reiterated that the headquarters of US troops in Europe will be in Poland. He also said that there will be a new strategic partnership with Poland with plans to build nuclear power plants to strengthen Poland’s energy security for generations to come.
